  • I've ordered a pre-loved item - when can I expect delivery?

    We will dispatch your item within 2 working days of receiving your order. Upon dispatch, you'll receive your Royal Mail tracking code - we ship all pre-loved items using Tracked Royal Mail 48 hours.
