We expect our customers to look after their rentals as if it's their own clothes, and take extra care as any damages can affect a future customers' order. We strongly advise against the use of body tape or pins whilst wearing garments as this can cause irreparable damage.
We do understand that accidents can happen. If you believe you have damaged your item, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then flag damage in advance to our warehouse.
When items return to our warehouse, our team will try as hard as possible to fix any damage. This process may take up to 10 working days whilst the team attempts repairs and stain removal.
If the item is repairable and you have purchased Accidental Damage Cover - the charges for repair are covered.
If an item is damaged beyond repair, you will need to pay a replacement fee (dependent on the damage and garment wear, this could be up to the full RRP of the item). When paying the replacement fee, you will be given the option to keep the item as it is no longer rentable. We reserve the right to review each case individually and we will investigate any damages before informing you of the next steps and of any charges.
