My rental hasn't arrived
Unfortunately, Royal Mail can experience delays that are sadly out of our control. We recommend keeping an eye on the Royal Mail Tracking site to track your order. In the event your rental does not arrive in time for your event, please get in touch.
My item is damaged
Please get in touch with information on the damage and photos displaying the damaged and attached ribbon.
We’ll do our best to send a replacement if suitable, or resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
