Please return your rental outfits using the mailing bag that your order was delivered in. A prepaid returns label will be included in your order - please stick this on your mailing bag over the old label.
Please return your order to your nearest Post Office.
Please do not return your order using a post box.
We recommend retaining your proof of postage.
When do I need to return?
Your return should be dropped before 12 midday on the last day of your rental period (the "return date").
What if I am missing my returns label or packaging?
If your prepaid Returns Label is missing, please use the contact form to request a new label
If you have recycled the original packaging, please use a similar soft mailing bag or large strong envelope to return your order.
Do I need to complete a returns slip?
There is no need to fill in returns slip - your order is scanned back once it reaches the warehouse and linked to your account.
If you are returning for Rental Credit, please complete this form to claim the credit refund minus any discount excluding any accidental damage cover and shipping costs on one item per order as per our On Demand Rental Fit Guarantee policy
What if I return my order late?
We know sometimes life gets in the way and you may forget to send your rental back on time, please let us know here as soon as you recognise this so we can help with next steps.
If your order is past 10 days late, we are entitled to charge up to the RRP for this lost item if we cannot see any updates on your order tracking.
