Returning Your Order
Please return your rental outfits using the mailing bag that your order was delivered in. A prepaid returns label will be included in your order - please stick this on your mailing bag over the old label. Please return your order to your nearest Post Office. Please do not return your order using a post box. We recommend retaining your proof of postage.
When do I need to return?
Your return should be dropped before 12 midday on the last day of your rental period (the "return date").
What if I am missing my returns label or packaging?
If your prepaid Returns Label is missing, please use this link to request a new one.
If you have recycled the original packaging, please use a similar soft mailing bag or large strong envelope to return your order.
Do I need to complete a returns slip?
There is no need to fill in a form or returns slip - your order is scanned back once it reaches the warehouse and linked to your account.
What if I return my order late?
We know sometimes life gets in the way and you may forget to send your rental back on time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you recognise this so we can help with next steps.
If your order is past 3 days late, we are entitled to begin charging our Late Fees as per our T&Cs at £25 per day if we cannot see any updates on your order tracking. A fee of £25 will be charged per day until this order is received back or an update is shared. After 10 days, a further fee of £100 will be charged.
